High School Transportation: MCTS Bus Routes
Parents and students, please review the Milwaukee County Transit bus flyer routes for HFCA. The routes are linked here and shown in the image.
Planning your commute now helps ensure a strong start to the year. Save your route, note your stop, and plan for a few extra minutes in the morning.
Our goal is for every student to reach 90% attendance or higher. Let’s work together to get there.
If you need help identifying the best route, contact the high school office. Thank you for partnering with us.
Free Dental Cleaning by Seal-A-Smile at HFCA
Our Wellness Team has created the Community Resource Hub to give HFCA students and families a trusted place to find local supports and services. This hub gathers resources in one location — including mental health care, food and housing assistance, after-school programs, and more — so families can easily connect to what they need. Designed in direct response to the needs of our community, the Hub will be updated regularly by our team. Families are encouraged to explore the Hub whenever support is needed, and to reach out to the Wellness Team if you’d like guidance navigating the options.

Homework & Tutoring Support
Khan Academy is a free, high-quality learning platform that supports students in every grade and every subject. It offers short lessons, practice exercises, and step-by-step help so students can review class topics and build skills at their own pace.
We encourage 30 minutes each night. Use Khan Academy for targeted homework support by searching the exact topic your student is learning. Getting started is simple and requires an email address. For younger students, consider using your email and creating a parent account so you can track progress and celebrate milestones.
