Request for proposals

Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Food Service Management Services.

HFCA currently operates three campuses in Milwaukee serving students in grades K3–12. Qualified food service management companies interested in submitting a proposal are invited to request the RFP materials and supporting documents from our Director of Business Operations.

Proposal Submission

Proposals must be submitted in full compliance with the instructions and deadlines specified in the RFP.

Proposal Deadline: 2:00pm CST on May 1st, 2026

All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope marked Food Service Management Proposal to:
