Strategic leadership for student success

Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy is a public, not-for-profit independent charter school network, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Decision-making at Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy is a strategic process that involves multiple educational partners to ensure that all decisions align with the school’s mission and vision.

The leadership team, which includes the CEO, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Academic Officer, and other senior directors, plays a critical role in setting priorities based on the school’s strategic goals. These priorities often focus on academic achievement, college readiness, and the overall well-being of the students.

The Board of Directors also plays a significant role by providing governance and oversight, ensuring that the school’s strategic direction is maintained. Decisions are made through a combination of data-driven analysis, feedback from the school community, and alignment with long-term goals.

Questions for the board or requests to speak should be sent to gestina.howard@hfca.org.
